
Anna’s Story
Anna holds a B.F.A in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory and has extensive performance experience as a professional cabaret singer, actress, dancer and model. When she entered motherhood, and stepped away from the stage, her search for true self-identity truly began. As an avid meditator, she credits reclaiming her inner fire from setting meaningful intentions, self belief and hard work. It is from this lived experience as a single mom rebuilding a balanced professional life that led her to create programing that uniquely supports women moving through some of life’s greatest challenges.
Her nurturing approach incorporates methodology for finding balance, cultivating inner well-being and creating body awareness. Anna Palermo Fitness programming is specifically designed to aid women as they navigate fertility, pre- and postnatal, perimenopause and menopause. Additionally, Anna has first-hand experience applying fitness and eating tips to help mitigate the effects of thyroid-related conditions, including Hashimoto’s disease.
